When it comes to losing weight and getting in shape, most men will probably agree that cardio or lifting weights in the gym are the most beneficial forms of exercise when it comes to shaping up and burning fat. When people eat junk food, or foods which they perhaps shouldn’t, at least not regularly anyways, when they excrete it, it can often result in food matter blocking up their colons, leaving them feeling bloated and sluggish. Yes, a number of Yoga poses, postures, mudras, and bandhas are actually designed to effectively cleanse the colon, helping to relieve bloat, and acting as a natural detoxification process. If combined with good eating habits, the results will be extremely noticeable in a relatively short period of time.
