Rebound Relationships Is It Healthy For You

Truth Behind Rebound Relationships

Ah the rebound, Relationships can be a tricky business and when it comes to the rebound many would prefer to forget going through this experience. But what is really behind rebound relationships? Why do men find it difficult to simply be alone after a breakup? Why do they find it necessary to be with have a rebound relationship after a breakup?

Truth behind rebound relationships

It seems as though there is some psychology to the rebound after a breakup. In fact, it can even be said that the rebound actually has some benefit. Most relationship advice for the down trodden is, “don’t worry you will eventually get over it you just need some time to heal”. But some suggest that a rebound is not only more fun, but also a quicker way to get over your previous relationship. The reason many men go for a rebound after a long-term- relationship is to make themselves feel better. Life is short, and men know they cannot sit around forever dealing with their grief. They have to move forward. In order to move forward they must look for a new partner, and another long-term relationship isn’t always ideal, which leaves the rebound.

The in’s and out’s of a rebound relationship

Rebounds are generally short lived relationships that make zero too little sense. They can be with any person that you probably shouldn’t be involved with. Drinking, partying, and rough sex are all part of any rebound. But at the end of the day you are still there sitting in your house thinking about the breakup with her, your ex. Rebounds can be fun for awhile, but sooner or later you will find yourself needing to move on rebound relationships is never a good idea.

The only way you can do that is to dump the rebound and get back into the groove of single life. Of course, if you feel like you are falling for your rebound that is a completely different story. But it is most likely that you are still feeling hurt and your emotions are raw. The truth about rebounds is they are fun but not always painless. You have to remind yourself you may end up in another relationship that drains you emotionally and financially if you aren’t careful so stay away from rebound relationships.

What is the best way to move on after a bad breakup

The best relationship advice anyone can give you is to do what makes you happy. If a rebound sets your spirit ablaze with passion once again, then what can a little romance hurt? Just make sure your emotions are staying neutral and you aren’t doing it for the wrong reasons like getting back at your ex. Rebounds can be either the best experience of your life or the worst, it’s up to you to make the most of them. That’s a break up rule we think you can go with.
